Staff were not able to cope with the number of people. A former client was in the salon complaining and wanting her service re done for free. She stayed for 2 hours and it really distracted the staff and ruined the experience for my mother and I. We kept getting a new staff member every ten minutes. Service itself was fine but the atmosphere, cleanliness wasn't great. It is value for money.
