As always it is impossible to get in and out of here quickly, even with a booked appointment there are always delays from Walk-Ins but the nail service is really good and I'm always impressed by how long the gels stay on (2 weeks). There is also a good selection of colours.

My appointment started 15 minutes late, it was extremely chaotic in thre and the place was really filthy. They didn't have a table free for me so had to get my nails done in one of the massage chairs which wasn't ideal. They'd run out of glittery red polish, i was told it had been the most popular colour that week (being Christmas) but i really think they should have foreseen this and ordered more in. My nails were done well, but the actual manicure experience was pretty unrelaxing.

I love getting my nails done here as it's convenient but unfortunately this time the staff didn't really understand what I said so I wasn't 100% satisfied with my treatment however it still looks great, just not what I'd asked for.
