It was all going ok until a mouse ran through the salon! The staff did very little about it and even laughed at most of us who were scared. Unfortunately i was mid treatment so couldn't escape, but felt terrified the rest of the time. I also only had two layers of paint and when I asked for a third (which is pretty standard for any nail bar in london) he sighed, spoke to a few others in a different language and then said 'fine' but barley put anything on the third layer. The staff are very rude and don't make you feel welcome and the cleanliness ... well a mouse says it all really!!
