I arrived on time to my appointment but was made to wait for 30mins anyway (what is the point in booking?) When I finally sat down to get my acrylics the lady repeatedly told me that I should get gel nails not acrylics. I have had gel many times before but my natural nails never grow so I want acrylics so I have long nails. She basically refused to do them and said it was bad for my nails. Why do you offer this treatment if you aren't going to do it for a paying customer? She embarrassed me in front of the whole salon that was very busy and made me feel uncomfortable. When she finally agreed to do the acrylics she cut me on four of my fingers with the nail file on a roller thing and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not relaxing my hands. I was bleeding from all four fingers. I would not recommend going here, I also booked through treatwell and the appointment was supposed to cost £13 but I was charged £18. Terrible experience and sore fingers!
