I felt that my gel manicure was very rushed and that I was rushed out in favour of other customers who had just come in. It was very quick with not much care and attention for me as a customer - the person doing my nails was more interested in a regular customer who had walked in and I could tell that he sped up doing my nails to start with that customer. Another staff member then came and finished my manicure with a quick hand massage. Nails look fine. Nothing particularly special from my experience.
