The place is well set up with plenty of stations. I was offered a drink while I waited which wasn't very long. The nail technician was second to none! She paid attention to detail and really made my nails look lovely!

Comfy massage chairs which are fun to try out.

Cons:
The store needs a clean, especially behind the massage chairs-it was late in the day so maybe it became dirty throughout the day, but still.
The smell of acetone & nail polish was very strong inside but you get used to it fairly quickly.
Cash only on the day we went
Nail polish not painted all the way to the sides of my toes & strange rippled look on the one big toe (only noticed this when I got home), for £26 I expected a bit more but then again I haven't had many pedicures so can't really do a comparison....

Waited for half an hour for my pre-booked appointment and both of the nail-polishes used were slightly old. My nails did not dry after 35 minutes sitting under the drier! So I would recommend checking the nail polish when choosing your color. If the nail polish would have dried it would have been a good value.
