Staff is very friendly and caring. Unfortunately my nails did not look 100% what I expected this time.

Shellac manicure was of a fine standard. In and out reasonably quickly. One thing though - the manicurist was wearing gloves and she didn't change them in between clients!!! Unhygienic!! Apart from that issue it was otherwise good value for money.
