Why is there an option to book when they take in too many walk ins and don't honour the booking time? Second time this has happened. Bookings take priority over walk ins!

The host was a bit much but the nail technician was thorough, although he did cut me twice. The appointment was only meant to be 45mins but it went on for 75mins and previous technicians have done it in under 40mins before.
