I prefer the Balham branch. The lady who did my manicure was really friendly but I feel like my gelish looked uneven when she was done. It also wasn't really neat. She painted over onto my skin. The manager saw I was upset with it so he at least stepped in immediately and tried to fix it so that was nice.

Quality of painting of nails wasn't great. Staff talked amongst themselves more than they did to the clients! Salon only accepts cash

Good service and value for money, but I have had better manicures.

The place is well set up with plenty of stations. I was offered a drink while I waited which wasn't very long. The nail technician was second to none! She paid attention to detail and really made my nails look lovely!
Very happy and will be going back as they are very reasonable

Comfy massage chairs which are fun to try out.
Tea/coffee provided

Cons:
The store needs a clean, especially behind the massage chairs-it was late in the day so maybe it became dirty throughout the day, but still.
The smell of acetone & nail polish was very strong inside but you get used to it fairly quickly.
Cash only on the day we went
Nail polish not painted all the way to the sides of my toes & strange rippled look on the one big toe (only noticed this when I got home), for £26 I expected a bit more but then again I haven't had many pedicures so can't really do a comparison....
