Unfortunately the team were running behind schedule as a result, they were 30 minutes late for my appointment and I was passed around 3 different nail technicians while I was there! Not a particularly relaxing/enjoyable experience! The quality of the manicure itself wasn't too bad but I felt like it was being rushed so they could move onto the next client (as the queue grew and grew!).

Stressful experience. Abrupt staff. Made to feel like a nuisance for being there. Painful burning sensation on nails with the lamps used for shellac nails...I think it's an LED lamp rather than UV that they use. Shellac has already started to peel within a week.
