My gel nails and pedicure are great, huge choice of colours and nice to get an actual pedicure with gels which so many places don't offer. However I was lucky to get in before the rush - there seems to be a lack of organisation in terms of bookings and staff availability and people with appointments were being turned away and others were having to wait a long time.

The technician barely said a word to me and I felt slightly uncomfortable. It was fairly quiet as it was after work. Nails were ok but usually I get a massage at the end with hand cream but I didn't this time? Inconsistent..

Rather disappointed that despite booking again I had to wait over 20mins to start my appointment - obviously accepting walk ins without checking appointments booked- frustrating when on a time limit! As then also felt rushed - would've been good to maybe soak my old gels off whilst waiting instead like other places do. But if a shame that I am being put off returning
