They seem organised and I was taken care of straight away. The girl who did my nails was lovely and the result was good. BUT the venue itself is not clean AT ALL. The whole place is in desperate need of TLC. The hygiene/cleaning of the tools was also very questionable.

Good value for money but I ended up having to wait 45 minutes despite having my appointment and although my gel manicure and pedicure was meant to be a 1hr 45 min treatment I was so rushed they had me in and out within 45 minutes! They were so busy and couldn't wait to get you out of there, not relaxing at all!
