Really poor gel powder infill. Beauticians hurt me about three times with the tools used going to deep when she was taking off the gel polish. All nails are uneven shape, no ambience and rushed job. Won't be returning. Also lady at front desk needs to be more approachable.
I just moved to London and have been on the quest to find a nail salon where I can get all of my pampering done. I decided to try this place as it had some really great reviews on here. I came in and the place was nice, the male receptionist was lovely and checked me in and offered me water. The person doing my nails came to grab me shortly after, talked to me wearing a mask so it was hard to hear her. She didn't really speak to me or make eye contact, spent the whole time speaking to the person next to her and occasionally asked if "I had an appointment", "If I had paid", etc. The salon was really busy, music playing and with her mask on it was hard to hear her and this seemed to really annoy her,I apologised but she just scoffed at me and was incredibly rude to me thereafter. The nails were okay, rushed but okay, as soon as she finished she got up and left and never checked on me to see if they had dried or anything needed touching up (which they did). The person next to her kindly stepped in to help but had another client so couldn't fix the nails. I won't be back.
First treatment (shellac pedicure) was very good and guy was very tentative. I got the manager for my second (shellac manicure) who I asked to be careful of my broken finger - he completely ignored me, much to my discomfort, and any other conversation I tried to have, playing with his phone. All in all, average experience compared to local competitors
