I visit this salon regularly for manicure/pedicure.
I do feel the salon varies and recently the staff rush the job (my last 2 manicures were very rushed)
I had a shellac manicure in about 15-20min flat, its nice to get out quickly (and the manicurist is skillful) but its not my best as its a dark colour which needs to be applied carefully.
I will keep coming but not if this is every time. Last time I had no cuticle care as I had about 3 different technicians in turn. There is a new manageress past few months who is not very friendly (slightly abrupt and serious , which seems a little off-putting) and maybe pushes the staff to go quicker. Unless its just they are getting popular. The others are nice. The shellac does last weeks, cannot fault.

3.20pm appointment and was made to wait until 4pm until they could see me. Staff were super rushed as had overbooked appointments.
