I am a frequent customer of USA Star Nails. And am usually really happy with my nails, I hadn't had my nails done for a little while and decided to treat myself before I went on holiday. I was really unhappy with the manicure i received. Firstly I wanted to get shellac and chose a CND colour specifically for OPI Gel to be placed on the top leaving the finish on the nails very chunky. My cuticles were not removed properly and the polish was put over them resulting in a messy looking finish. Now only a week later it looks honestly just awful and is basically peeling off. I'm so unhappy with my nails and honestly wish I had of paid a bit more to go somewhere else, won't be coming back again. I have photos to upload to show how they look but treatwell doesn't have the option to upload them.
