I usually like USA Star Nails but the last 2 visits have been frustrating. On the first visit I only realised afterwards that they did the wrong colour, but thought I'd maybe mistakenly told them the wrong one, so didn't complain. Then realised the second time that I'd told them the right colour in the first place.
This time the colour was right but the manicure itself wasn't the greatest and only lasted 2 weeks. Also I paid for removal and shellac manicure separately (around £32 altogether), but the salon charge less (£25) for exactly the same thing when people walk in off the street. Frustrating!

Good pedicure, made my feet nice and soft. Gel paint could’ve been more accurate. Nice friendly staff :)
