My shellac manicure and normal pedicure were done to a really high standard.

Unbelievably rude nail 'technician' was extremely rough with the electric nail file to the point where he dropped it on top of my fingers and made me bleed. After catching me for the fifth time he shouted at me to 'KEEP STILL YEAH?!' Was it any surprise I was nervous after he'd made me bleed? He also did my nails last time and caught me several times because he was rushing and did a really bad job.. Underneath there were clumps of gels, he didn't file the edges evenly, I asked for coffins but they were rounded, very inappropriate. After this I asked for someone else to finish them.. He stormed off and created a scene in the shop which made me feel really uncomfortable. The lady and man who finished my nails were both really nice and did a good job (didn't catch me once). However there was no real apology and I've never had trouble with anyone else doing my nails in the past so I know it was down to him rushing and just not being very good. I also paid for gel powder nail infills however when I arrived was made to pay extra??? I understand that it's cheap and you get what you pay for but it definitely isn't worth it and I won't be going back!

You get what you pay for in terms of venue but the manicures are always great, very neat, fairly quick and a really good price!
