The entire experience was a bit of a disaster - I was in the salon for over 2 and a half hours for a manicure and pedicure. I had to sit in the pedicure chair to have my manicure as there were not enough seats which gave me a bad back as I had to sit all twisted with the guy doing my nails on my knees! Not relaxing at all. Then to top it off after being in the salon for SO long was that when he finished my nails and asked if they were ok, I asked if he could go over a couple of the nails as they were missing polish, he said they couldn't all be perfect! absolute cheek!
