This was my 3rd time here and I've left satisfied every time. The guy this time chatted away to me and was very receptive to feedback.

I had a take off manicure, it was rushed and a lot of acrylic was left on my nails, there were no manicure elements. As it was almost closing time on a Friday night, I came back the next day to ask them to fix. The manager said they would, no problem, sat me with a technician who buffed my nails further. They didn’t resoak my nails, or buff or treat afterwards. When I was told to go wash my hands, the team immediately sat someone else in the seat I had been in, so that was the end of the treatment, no communication.
It’s a shame as I like the manager’s general willingness to meet your expectations (standards can vary massively at USA Nails) but on this occasion I was just rushed through, there was no care.
I would not recommend to others. Instead, although unfortunately not on Treatwell, I recommend Trans Nails opposite Clapham Junction station for any acrylic treatments, worth waiting in their queue.
