I waited nearly 45mins after my appointment was originally for. The service felt rushed & resulted in the majority of my fingers cut from the lady who was doing my nails so frantically. Never will I go back!

The manicurist cut me quite badly during the manicure but didn’t acknowledge it or apologise until I made a point. This happens but would be courteous to get an apology at least when it’s bleeding.
