The manicurist cut me quite badly during the manicure but didn’t acknowledge it or apologise until I made a point. This happens but would be courteous to get an apology at least when it’s bleeding.

Overall finish is nice, but manicurist was very clearly rushing due to how busy the salon was (despite having booked a time slot so there shouldn't have been an issue with time) and I ended up leaving with three separate cuts to my cuticles!
