Paid for a shellac manicure, was served by the rudest man I have ever encounter. Demanded that I moved seats three times. Acted like I was wasting his time. He rushed a 45 minute treatment and did it in twenty minutes. He didn’t even wait for each layer of the nail to bake properly so they kept scuffing. He only did two layers of shellac to cut corners too - I am a regular so I know that it’s a base, three layers of colour and a top coat. When I pointed out the right had was all scuffed he just huffed at me and wacked another coat of colour on top messily and didn’t event rectify any of it or even out the other hand. I was left with shellac all over the sides of my nails on my skin and cuticles and that looked like a five year sold had done them. The man got up and stormed off out to go on his lunch break and I sat there for ten minutes unhappy until another member of staff came cover. When I showed them how bad it was, instead of offering to redo them they just keep putting extra layers on top then filling it off. Fair to say they are scrimping on money and rushing treatments so I won’t be going back.

Amazing gel manicure. Manicurist knew his stuff. Lasted 4 weeks and only had to get it replaced due to growth - no chips.
