Staff charged me an additional £10 as they decided that shellac wasn't covered unlike before. The technician cut my toe so it bled, under my nail was stabbed. I also has a manicure and my nails were cut to a shape they wanted before I could say I didn't want them cut. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
