Unfortunately today it was all a bit of a mess. I arrived 5 minutes early to only one member of staff (opens at 7am, I was there 9:55am) Over 3 people walked out in half an hour as they were running late over all appointments.. Once my manicure was started i felt it was rushed. Pedicure was the best thing of the whole morning!

Terrible pedicure. Have been to the other branch which was far better. Skin didn’t feel moisturised and hard skin wasn’t removed

Enjoyed a manicure and pedicure today. It was very nice and manicure turned out so lovely and the staff member was very good. Only problem with the pedicure was that the water was cold in the basin and they couldn’t warm it up but other than that everything was lovely.
