Terrible experience. I usually go to this particular salon to get my nails done but the service this time was terrible! I had to wait 30 mins to be seen (with an appt booked) then my gel removals took way longer than usual - I was left sat with tinfoil on my fingers for 30 mins (it doesn’t take that long to soak off!! I’ve had enough treatments to know for a fact). My manicure was then rushed as they wanted to shut up the shop but during the manicure I was cut twice when they did my cuticles. My nails were then cut way too short after too. The manicure finish was good in the end but the experience was awful this time round and definitely NOT what I paid for.

It was really chaotic (I get it was a Saturday!) I was moved from chairs a couple of times with foil round my fingers and no one helping to move my stuff! But the lady who did my nails was lovely - I like the finished result but I think she could have filed my nails better so colour from my old shellac wasn’t still on..

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who sat me down and brought me a coffee, I had a full set of a acrylics for £18 which is amazing value. Lots of great colours. Thanks!
