Although the place was surprising busy at 10am, the stuff were friendly and helpful. The girl who removed my shellac nails and did a regular manicure did a good job, and even redid my nails after realising that the colour I chose was not that pleasant. Would definitely consider again the next time I have my nails done. My only complain would be that it said it would be half an hour and I was there for about an hour and twenty minutes.

My shellac removal was done efficiently in this nail salon. I went around 6pm on a weekday and there was a constant flow of people, which didn’t allow for the staff to focus on engaging more with the customers. This was my first time visiting this salon and it was unclear who to report to when entering. I explained that I had an appointment booked and I had booked online, but when leaving I was chased down at the door for payment. I was asked to show my booking confirmation email, which I believe should have been asked for when I first came in. Don’t expect quality customer engagement, but if you’re looking for a quick manicure/ pedicure, this is the place.
