Terrible terrible terrible! There isn’t a great welcome when you come in, and that wasn’t just us, it was the same reaction to others that walked through the door. The manager was sitting where the pedicure chairs are- asking what do you know.(!) We said about the type of manicure we booked online- and he show us where to go to pick colours. We picked. The manicure instead of 45 minutes has half an hour! We doing there 2 years now and every time we said we gonna give another chance! But that was the last one! We picking the simple manicure paying £10 each! He charged us £50. He said we said selac. We tried to explained him that we said the correct as we did 2 years two... and he instructed us that way. All the staff start looking us and yelling. A manicure lady said “quick quick take it off” we felt so bad as that was rude feeling like we did it! We said that was not our fault and if he does not recognise it we will pay him. But we did not like that unprofessional attitube! We paid him £50 and he said “I will take it off “. I was working in hospitality as well. I could never do it in a customer! How is a regular customer asking me for a same thing every time! Even if I gave him something extra I could just leave it admitting that was my fault. Anyway we paid him. Last but not least,the manicure lady next to me when her customer left instead of cleaning and binning the tissue she used, she turn them on the other side and putted again for the next customer!!! That’s awful! That was the last £50 there. They are so Rude unprofessional and dirty! With the same value of money you can go in very nice places on Fulham (as I discover later) Double think before going there :)
