The staff were perfectly nice but nobody seemed to be available when I arrived even though I booked. The lady who I think was the manager cut my nails and cuticles badly and made them very sore and it look ages as she didn't know how to do it properly. The actual manicure was ok but chipped straight away, was uneven and I had to neaten it with a file at home. Nothing looked clean either. I know they are busy but if you've booked there should be someone available at that time. A gel manicure with no removal took an hour plus.
