My manicure was great! She spent a lot of time shaping my nails and trimming my cuticles and as such the manicure looked really good. She really spent time to make sure I was happy and didn't rush at all (I went at 3pm on a weekday so there weren't busy). They also have a huge selection of colours which I great.

The pedicure was nice and quick water temperature was colder than usual but wasn't a big issue, the manicure however my nails were so poorly shaped I had them done by the male staff (not the manager) this time. I usually get them done by the other two girls. They always do a fantastic job and they are so friendly and attentive. But the male staff he filed my nails so hard and I had to tell him to stop and file a few nails on my own. The shape too, they were nowhere near the shape I want them to be despite telling him twice what I wanted.
