Average to poor. Had to repeat 4 times what I was there for. No towels were put down and the staff didn't speak to me once just spoke CONSTANTLY to each other in their mother tongue which wasn't exactly relaxing. I had to ask to get the nails reshaped twice as they were all different lengths. The chap was so rough filing I thought my nails would snap clean off! Thrle gel manicure is stuck to my cuticle skin and is very thickly applied at the edges meaning its peeling away after 1 day. Not what I expected for the price, I've been to far better places for a similar price.
