This is the first time I’ve visited USA star nails and it will definitely be my last. I received the worst manicure I’ve ever had and as soon as I got home I had to remove the nail polish because it looked so bad. The woman who did my nails didn’t file them properly so some were jagged and all were different shapes. She even commented about how good my nails were before the manicure only to then go onto ruin them. The polish itself wasn’t very good quality and you could see straight through it. Some parts of my nails weren’t even covered in nail polish and the manager had to come over and fix it. He tried his best but it made my nails look even worse and I left with bumpy, streaky and a really awful manicure overall. I’ve been to a number of other salons in the Clapham Junction area and the others are a lot better. I would suggest spending a little bit more money elsewhere.
