The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, although a little more guidance could have been given by staff regarding which selection of colours to choose from for particular treatments. The first colour I requested was not available but this was not a problem, there were many to choose from. My shellac manicure was completed very quickly but quality was certainly not compromised and I am extremely happy with the perfect finish. Booking through Treatwell meant that I secured an off-peak appointment which ensures exceptional value. I shall definitely be returning.

Very happy with the nail technicians who did my manicure and pedicure. However the organisation in this place was ludicrous! With the man in charge putting his regular & well to do customers ahead of others.
Also I’d like to point out that when getting my pedicure the man in charge was trying to rush everything along. In doing so he asked me to sit at a station and proceeded to put fresh water into the previous persons water which had flaky skin and residue from their treatment. I pointed this out and he said it’s not true, when I could see it with my own eyes!! However he agreed to change the water and clean out the basin.

Great service with friendly staff. I would have given 5stars if it was cleaner. It was quite dirty. Dirt that had been there some time. Not just from that day. I would still go back as they did a lovely job and it was good value for money.
