I only paid £11 through Groupon so I can't complain but I think due to the cheap price I got someone who wasn't fully trained. The lady was polite but she left the edges of my shellac messy and got top coat all over my fingers. I didnt see til after I'd put them under the lamp but it did sting where it was on my skin so I suspected it hadnt been wiped off properly. One of my finger tips ended up with a huge blob of it dried on..which the lady then had to file and pick off. As it was cheap I didn't complain but would be good if they explained why it is a cheap price (using under qualified staff) so you know what to expect. Next time I'll just pay more and expect better.

I have visited USA Star Nails numerous times now and have had really good experiences. The have a huge variety of colours for normal polish and shellac.

Having never had my nails done before I wasn't really sure what to expect but am glad I came here for the first time. Staff were friendly and efficient. Went for gel manicure and it was neatly done. FYI that if you pay at the venue, take cash. They also give any tips directly to the staff which I was glad to see
