Lovely service as always, however this time I was rushed out of the door a bit as there was an influx of people coming in and smudged both thumb nails as they weren’t quite dry yet :(

I’ve had a shellac treatment here a few times, most of the time it has been really good, however the most recent time it was not to the same standard. The nail technician I had left my nails uneven and they started to break within a few days. I will not go back to that nail technician again, the others are a lot better and pay attention to detail.

The place really needs a clean. I understand it’s very busy, but it’s also really dirty. Their non shellac nail varnish is not great quality and not applied very well. Only a small selection of OPI which I find stays on a lot longer. I have been going there for a while because the price is right, but it’s very much hit and miss! Then always try to push shellac on me which i don’t like.
I left today feeling everything was rushed and not done very well. My feet’s nail varnish has already come off because was not checked properly before I left and the one on my hand is so uneven!
Maybe go on a weekday and avoid Saturdays...
