The service itself was great - I received a good mani/pedi which is lasting. The issue was being taken on time for my appointment. I was called the day before to come 1/2 hour later which was fine. I showed up at 2:30 instead of 2 but was told I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. The salon was packed. Star Nails needs to give priority to appointments - and turn away people walking in without one.

A good quality gel manicure at a good off- peak price. I'd happily use the salon again. Staff were welcoming but would benefit from a bit more knowledge of the natural/pink colours they have available. Eventually found a suitable one after a good look however and am happy with the result.
