Was amazed by the reviews and trusted them for my first shellac. To start with I paid for a 45min treatment when actually took 30min (incl. Colour choice) - I have then complained about one nail and been told was due to the way it was shaped (gel was clearly lifted). As a result had to come back 5min later to re-do it. Staff is friendly but probably rushes the procedure to fill more spaces. The overall finish is not precise around the cuticle (I'm on the 4th day and they are already lifting up). Would I come back? I guess no, unless extremely urgent and no other place to go.

Worst pedicure I have had, paid for deluxe pedicure, the lady removed no hard skin, or cuticles, and didn’t paint all of nails. Files them to uneven shape, looks awful! Gel manicure was good, but would never have a pedicure here again. Waste of time and money!!!
