Experience was ok. I got cut by the cuticle clippers, and it bled. Technician didn’t really do anything to deal with it, and proceeded to put nail varnish remover on it. Had to ask to get my nails re-filed because they were very raggedy the first time. Messy paint job. Technician put cuticle oil on top of the nail varnish instead of the skin (???)
Got a pedicure too - messy paint job and didn’t remove the dead skin. Woman next to me was getting hers removed, so not sure why my treatment was so half-assed.
BUT good choice of colours and treatments and massage chairs, which is pretty nice. Staff are nice.

Lack attention to detail! They paint the nail colour on so thickly without letting it dry properly before the next coat. They need to get more staff so customers aren’t rushed. I left the salon with nails that are prone to damage because they’re so tacky and soft! Not happy, will probably repaint at home but the acrylics themselves are good.
