The staff was very nice and polite. However I was sent away and told that my nails were dry and they weren’t so they got ruined!

Can’t fault USA nails for the high quality shellac manicure I received, my nails are still going strong 10 days later and don’t show any sign of peeling. The staff were lovely and accommodating, I originally booked a standard manicure but wanted to upgrade on the day and did so with no hassle. I also had an abundance of choice when it came to picking the colours, the only downside would be trying to pick just one!
