Pedi ok but the customer service is absolutely terrible - first of all no one speaks English and staff communicates between themselves in their language many times made customers feel like they are speaking about them secondly as I arrived I said I booked and paid online when I was about to leave I was rudely stoped by member of staff saying I need to pay when I said I did online and I mention when I came in she said she basically doesn’t believe me and told me to show payment details, when i showed her Treatwell app with my payment she said she can’t see it I need to point it out and she still made me feel like I’m leaving without paying no thank you no goodbye, I wasn’t even once asked if I’m happy with shape/colour / overall treatment. Disgusting !
