I had Charlie today and my god he was absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve been going to USA star nails for a while and I can truly say that recently it has changed for the better. I like the fact that the staff take time to remember my name makes me feel very welcomed and cared for! I wish Charlie would work more during weekdays and I hope to catch him again soon, fantastic standard!!!

Did not enjoy the manicure I had. It was very rushed and half done whilst I was having the pedicure, which then resulted in water being spilt all over me from the manicure. Sadly will not be returning again as there are many other salons for the same price.

my acrylic removal was very easy and good. I even got offered a chocolate from the staff!
Tip: maybe change how long it says the treatments will take because it said 20mins and it took 45mins. I don’t really mind it would just be better with notice.
