So unprofessional. Tried to charge me extra to soften the shape by filing. Told me to do it myself and call him after when im done. So unhygienic i felt like all the powder has gone into my lungs

It was very busy and quite apparent that a lot of people were overbooked. Manicure was speedy, and lacked attention to detail so the nails look wonderful but when you look up close there are a bit uneven despite me asking for them to be filed properly. The nail polish is also not applied very well. My nail technicians were also changed a few times so there was no consistency. The only advantage is that this is a very cheap salon - we shall see how long my gel extensions last.
