My nail tech was rude. I asked a simple question and she responded “we don’t have that here go back to the place that did you nails before then” which was extremely rude making me feel uncomfortable all the way through. She was very rough twisting my fingers and overfilled my nail until it bled.
Nails look decent some not filled straight and replacement nails barely has any acrylic. I will not be returning

Loved the shape of the nails he filed them to and also the care and attention to the manicure and cuticles. Also thank you very much for allowing me to upgrade to a French manicure (white tips £3 extra). Very nice atmosphere and nice people working there. Green tea was also lovely - so nice to be offered a drink. Thank you all!

I am deeply unsatisfied from the service. I booked full set for the price of £12.50 and I was charged £22.50 because there was some hidden charges as +£2 for medium length and +£8 for shaping and cutting my natural nails. Before we start I asked the staff how long it is going to take so they said 45 min but it actually took me 2.5h. I was left to wait few times during the session without no reason. They didnt make it the wright shape aswell.
