The boy doing my nails had to restart three times due to him smudging the polish and then saying the polish was too watery. He then cut me unite deeply with the drill filer and didn’t apologise for it just pointed at the blood. I’m disappointed as I always like tying my nails done here - they usually do a good job. Also they’ve added more chairs making it very cramped and hard to move around at all

We had to do the nail polish 3 times on toes, so it was a bit of waste of time. However, the staff was very friendly and did again until it was perfect, so we really appreciate it. We were 2 women, and the second pedicure was perfect and both manucure were perfect
