I’ve been coming here for years... I think the prices are great! Perfect location and the staff are amazing however the hygiene and cleanliness is very very poor!! Months ago I witnessed the lady next to me with what appeared to be a fungal nail infection having her pedi done but the tools used on her feel were placed back into the their personal pedi tool boxes. From then I should have known to not come back but when your poor like me unfortunately you live within your means.... I have now discovered that I now have a fungal nail infection. I cannot outright blame USA star nails however I have never suffered with this in the past and take very good care of my feet so I can only assume that I have contracted this due to the poor cleanliness of this place. Would be nice if tools could be sterilised after each use to prevent this from occurring to customers. Take from this review as you will not everyone will have the same experience but I just feel like you should make an informed decision and know what risks you face if you come here for any nail treatments.
