I had to wait 30 mins from my booked appointment time to actually getting my nails done. Didn’t really acknowledge or apologise for this, even at the end of my appointment. Was also sat right by the door which was left open several times meaning it was freezing cold. Not the best experience and if it wasn’t for the fact I still have money on a gift voucher with them, wouldn’t be inclined to go there again.
