Over all my biggest concern was the sanitation. Initially upon arrival things looked great as all employees were wearing masks, temperature was checked upon arrival and you were asked to wash your hands. However I quickly realized they didn't sanitize the workstations between clients, my technician didn't wash his hands after finishing with his last client and then moving on to me and also didn't wash his hands after handling money. I Also left with crooked nails and sub par polish job

Been getting my nails done here for years but had the worst experience today. Booked and paid for an acrylic set today and kept getting pushed to get gel instead despite me insisting on getting acrylics. When the girl that did my nails was going to start she opened the gel bottle to use (despite me telling her I wanted acrylics) and I reminded her it’s an acrylic set to which she swapped the bottles. Don’t appreciate almost being tricked to pay extra (for something I had already paid for).

Have been going here for months and have always been very satisfied. Today however the acrylic nails I got were a huge disappointment. They are very thick, and it looks like they have been done in a hurry. I believe the staff working there now are new. I will not come back again.
