The overall experience was fine but there were a couple of issues with shape and stability of nails. It felt a little rushed as the member of staff doing my nails was doing 2 people at once. It required a second member of staff to fix the first member of staff’s mishaps on my nails. They are mostly fine now but are still not as good as they have been in the past at this venue

Friendly salon however should have taken one hour - it took 1hr 45 min as the nail tech stopped half way through to do another clients nails. Right beside me. Both thumbs ended up bleeding (one now infected) as a result of hard filing and mis- use of the electric tools.
