Staff didn’t really seem bothered or interested in doing my nails. My nails weren’t filed properly and some bits were longer than others, when I asked for Square, no cuticle oil was given to the nails after removal. Compared to other clients, no interaction, no care towards my nails

Gel polish was painted over skin and did not last longer than 1 week. Problems with payment after booking through treatwell and at salon they tried to make me pay £10 more for service
