I like my nails - but was disappointed when I turned up and had to pay more than I already paid on Treatwell, the full cost should be advertised on Treatwell. Some equipment was also being shared with a customer next to me with no cleaning in between…which was not hygienic. I do like my nails but won’t be coming back.

The girl was very unfriendly and rude. I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Normally the experience is go good that’s why I come back but this visit was terrible. She didn’t listen to anything I said and when I didn’t go with her suggestions she stalked talking Vietnamese to the manager which is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She then left me for another client before she finished my nails. Very disappointing service!

I usually love coming here and have referred 3 people who now get their nails done here. Today however the girl that did my nails was quite rude… I asked for gel and they gave me shellac and she made me pay more
