This is by far the worst experience in a salon that I have ever had. Do not go here. First of all their cleanliness is atrocious, they do not comply with any covid regulations and they do not sterile any of their products. I saw the same foot file get used on another lady!! Secondly, they claim to do SNS but have had no really training so my nails turned out so thick it felt like I had massive acrylics on. Lastly their customers service is non existent. When I said I wasn’t happy with my manicure, they didn’t offer to fix it, nor offer a refund. The manager refused to come and speak with my do I had to essentially shout across the salon as he wouldn’t come to speak with me.

Definitely the best shellac treatment I had in London. Today, after 4 weeks nails are still perfect. I always do all the housework with no gloves, and still my nails are not even chipped!
