I have asked three times to have my nails almond shaped, and even after showing the technician a photo, they look uneven and the shape is nowhere near almond. Chunky, I had file them. I visites the salon before and had a good experience, decided to book again but it was a mistake. My friend's shellac is uneven as well, she had to file the extra bits off as well. Her "manicure" we paid for was done only on one hand. The "receptionist" then was trying to get us to pay again even though we paid.
